We do not own, custody, manage, store, or guarantee any underlying assets. All physical assets listed are under the custody and management of the original owners under consignment arrangements for co-ownership with users.

SLYCED does not facilitate, arrange, or participate in any buyout, redemption, or compulsory acquisition of Slyces — even if one party acquires 100% of the Slyces for a particular asset. Any such matters must be negotiated directly and privately between the relevant parties (e.g. asset lister and users).
